Jackie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Moyer House that include taking prospective residents on tours of the property and application processing. Jackie schedules all maintenance and repairs to maintain a high quality building. She has over twenty-three years of management experience; the past five have been in the Community Management field. Jackie attended The Pennsylvania State University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, is a Pennsylvania State Licensed Real Estate Agent and is certified in Low Income Housing Tax Credit.

Renée coordinates on-site supportive services that allow residents to age in place by providing them with opportunities to maintain social networks, transportation services, in addition to health and wellness education. She offers referrals to appropriate human and community service agencies such as the York County Area Agency on Aging and assists residents with their transitions to higher levels of care. She also works cooperatively with the residents in the establishment of the Moyer House Resident Council, the organization primarily responsible for social and recreational activities. Currently living in the Dover area, Renée has worked in the human service/social service field for several years, in York and Clarion Counties, supporting both youth and adult clients with various needs. Most recently having worked in York City, she is uniquely familiar with the broad range of services that can be utilized within York County.
